Okay so today I did some things to improve my life. I weighed in at 153.5pds. I have been drinking water all morning. I even got up at 5:30am and would not allow myself to go back to sleep. I like getting up early. I used to do it all the time, but it got forgotten about. I ate a can of tuna fish right out of the can for breakfast. It was the only thing I could find that was healthy. I did try and do some sit-ups but I am so out of shape that I only managed to do 5. It's a start I suppose. Tomorrow maybe I will try for 6 sit-ups? Who knows.
